(OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the Company will start mailing out stock certificates of Artfest Direct today to shareholders of Artfest International, Inc. that held shares as of the Record Date of April 15th, 2010. The mail out will be for restricted shares to those 640 shareholders who held their shares in Artfest International, Inc. in certificate form. Shareholders, who held their shares in their broker account in "house name," should see the new shares deposited into their account within the next week to ten days.
Eligible shareholders, who are receiving their shares in certificate form and who do not receive their Artfest Direct shares after ten days, may contact Investor Relations at the number below. They will verify your eligibility and the correct mailing address. If current shares of Artfest International are held in a Brokerage account and are not credited within 10 business day, contact your broker. The dividend shares are restricted and are governed under SEC Rule 144. The Company has started the multi-step process to achieve publicly trading status for Artfest Direct.
