DALLAS, TX - (06/10/10) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTC.BB:ARTS - News) announced today that the Company signed an addendum to the agreement for the purchase of "Rendering of Francoise Gilot" Picasso Art Sculpture, which is independently valued between $50-$70 Million. According to the terms of the addendum, Artfest International has up to 180 days to complete the sale and purchase of the sculpture. The purchase price for the Picasso Art Piece is $2,500,000.00 in cash and 50 million warrants at $1.00 per share from Artfest International, Inc. |

(OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the Company will start mailing out stock certificates of Artfest Direct today to shareholders of Artfest International, Inc. that held shares as of the Record Date of April 15th, 2010. The mail out will be for restricted shares to those 640 shareholders who held their shares in Artfest International, Inc. in certificate form. Shareholders, who held their shares in their broker account in "house name," should see the new shares deposited into their account within the next week to ten days. |
