August 24, 2010: Artfest International, Inc. Increases Revenues by 748% for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2010 as Compared to the Same Period in 2009

Company Files Its 10Q With the SEC for the Second Quarter

DALLAS, TX - (08/24/10) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the Company has generated $1,424,412 in operating revenue in the six months ended June 30, 2010 as compared to $167,885 in operating revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2009, which is an increase of 748%. Artfest International, Inc. also reported a gross profit of $834,124 for the six months ended June 30, 2010 versus $166,885 for the same period in 2009. The increase in operating revenue is due to the increased sales of art and sports memorabilia through the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Charity Sports Distributor, as well as through events held at Artfest International's 52,000 square foot facility in Dallas, Texas, and direct sales activity through its Art Channel, Inc. and Art Channel Galleries, Inc. subsidiaries.

(OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the Company has agreed to purchase an original Picasso Sculpture art piece directly from the artist's personal collection. The wooden sixty-by-twenty-seven Picasso sculpture was completed in 1949 and is titled "Rendering Of Francoise Gilot." The Picasso piece was appraised by Eritas Fine Art Appraising and Consulting, LLC in February 2010. The market value of this sculpture is estimated to be between fifty and seventy million dollars. This piece will significantly increase Artfest International's assets and add value to the Company's bottom line.

Company Files Its 10K With SEC for the Year Ending December 31, 2009

DALLAS, TX - (04/16/10) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the Company has generated $2,470,878 in operating revenue in the twelve months ending December 31, 2009 as compared to $141,626 in operating revenue for twelve months ending December 31, 2008, which is an increase of 1,645%. The increase in revenue is due to the increased sales of art and sports memorabilia through the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Charity Sports Distributor (CSD), as well as through events held at Artfest International's 52,000 square foot facility in Dallas, Texas, and direct sales activity through its ArtFest Direct, Inc. and Art Channel Galleries, Inc. subsidiaries.

Artfest International's wholly owned subsidiary, Artfest Direct will be a co-sponsor for the "Meet the Future Now," an NFL Pre-Draft Charity Party being held at the Artfest Expo Center on April 21, starting at 6:30 pm with a VIP "Meet and Greet." The event benefits the charities of the Dallas Cowboys' Marcus Spears and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Michael Clayton. The event will feature current, former and future NFL Players coming together for the first annual "Meet The Future Now" Charity Event, which will be featuring NFL Draft Prospects running back Keithon Flemming of West Texas A&M and cornerback Phillip Adams with South Carolina State.
